Peace of Christ! This weekend, we gather to worship All Souls Day, which commemorates all the faithful departed, the ones we have lost this past year, and the ones who we remember dearly. At all of our liturgies this weekend, we will light the Paschal Candle, a tall candle that is renewed with new wax and a blessing each year at the Easter Vigil.

“The Power of Connection”
As we move deeper into October, I’ve been thinking about how this season reminds us to slow down and reconnect with one another and with what truly matters. The changing leaves, shorter days, and crisp evenings seem to nudge us toward gathering together, sharing meals, stories, and moments of gratitude before the holidays arrive in full swing.
In Communications, much of our work is about creating connections, helping our parish family stay informed, engaged, and inspired.
