Do you love to act and sing? Do you long to release your inner star? This is your chance to step into the spotlight at St. Bridget Church! This summer, cast members from Assumption-St. Bridget School's recent production of Disney's Frozen will be offering "Frozen" themed Summer Drama Camps at St. Bridget Church. During a week packed with singing, dancing, games, and fun, you'll rehearse scenes and songs with Elsa, Hans, Kristoff, Sven, and Queen Aduna and share your work with friends and family on the final day of camp.

OLL has the only Saturday evening Mass for our parish community. If you frequent this Mass, we would love to have you join our teams. Mark your calendar for Sunday, July 5! During the 5:00 pm Mass at Assumption, our parish family will gather for a special celebration inspired by a national prayer service honoring the many journeys, cultures, and traditions that have shaped America.

Vacation Bible School for our parish family will be happening July 6th-10th. This will be open to all incoming pre-K through 5th-grade students. Please consider registering your student for a week of fellowship and fun!

Our presiders will be offering a blessing to all the graduates in our community next weekend, June 6th and 7th, at all the Masses.

Today, May 25, Pope Leo XIV will release his first encyclical, Magnifica Humanitas (Magnificent Humanity), which is one of the highest forms of Church teaching. His letter, which will be released with Christopher Olah, the co-founder of artificial intelligence company Anthropic, addresses the reality of the human person in the context of today’s dominating reality of artificial intelligence.

Our St. Bridget Nursery provides a safe, welcoming space for children ages 3 months to 4 years old during the 9:00 a.m. Sunday Mass. Parents can enjoy Mass knowing their little ones are being lovingly cared for while they play and learn in a nurturing environment. Check in down the hall toward the Fireside Room before Mass.

Whether you are a walker or a hiker, we have some events for you. Our Heavenly Hikers group visited both the Washington Arboretum and the Japanese Garden to stretch our legs and enjoy the spring colors and flowers. This was mostly a slow saunter - stopping to soak in spring sunshine.

Our NE Seattle Catholic Community will continue to provide a monthly fourth Sunday supper delivered between 5:00 and 6:00 PM to Tent City 4 at its new Lake City location, 3212 NE 125th Street, Seattle 98125, through April 2027 in the parking area behind the Seattle Mennonite Church.
